Was craving for Chinese after some research decided on this restaurant,looked at the the menu and was quite shocked at the prices being a suburban Chinese but decided to stay and give it a go the staff were very warm and attentive the food came out I kind of expected a little more for the prices also I can't understand the difference in prices from the dine in menu to the take away menu very big mark up I observed so many take outs maybe because of the prices not a bad menu but I would def not return to dine in,maybe the owners need to review there prices.

Dined in about an hour before close. Lovely vibe, great service. I have travelled N.S.W for work for 10 years & I have to say this is one of 4 memorable Chinese places. Would even go as far to say it’s the best Chinese restaurants in the state! Upon arriving the waitress got bottle of water for us straight away.My partner had the chicken ginger shallots (with added chilli) which even though I don’t eat chilli wasn’t overpowered by any of the flavours nicely balanced . We shared spring rolls which were amazing. Rice went really well with my honey chicken & think I could have quite possible eaten the entire plate, very hard to stop. Phenomenal restaurant, Thankyou for having us!

It is increasingly difficult to find decent Chinese that is flavoursome yet not too heavy. Undoubtedly the best in the town, the restaurant is also styled in a Chinese theme, which makes the dining experience all the more enjoyable.

Unfortunately I have been coming here for two yrs now and it has gone downhill have to spend 50 dollars for free prawn chips and the honey chicken did not taste like honey at all I think I might have to find a new Chinese such ashame !!!

The food is awesome, large serves & done well. I order over the phone, I haven't had to waite as it's been ready on time every time. A little expensive but you do get large serves

Very nice restaurant, nice staff, a bit pricey but is worth it for the quality of food. Best Chinese food I have had in a long time. Everything seemed fresh and not greasy or over the top like some Chinese restaurants.

Singapore noodles are our fav. Usually quick with service, girls on the phone and desk are lovely. Ask for extra sauce if you get the honey chicken. Our go to for Chinese.

I used to come here a lot as a kid. The quality has gone down and the prices up. The meal wasn’t bad, good flavour etc. For the prices paid, the meal and service could have been way better.

Bit disappointed with the meal I ordered which was supposed to be roasted 1/2 duck but turned out to be deep fried and a bit overcooked. The steamed dim sums and rice was ok though. The girl who served me was really friendly and made me feel welcome. Service of the meal was quick and we'll presented. The one thing that really surprised me was the big difference between the takeaway menu prices on the outside window and the dine in menu prices. If those prices had been shown outside I would not have eaten there, they were expensive.

Excellent food, great staff, nostalgic atmosphere

Restaurant was warm, inviting and clean.(It was coldest weekend of the year!) We were made feel instantly welcome, even on a Saturday night with no prior booking, seated & served entree's promptly. Service was friendly & attentive, without being intrusive. Food very good and generous portions at reasonable prices. Would definitely eat here again and just a short stroll from our motel.

Hit and miss with service. A bit frustrating when I specifically request no prawns in the rice - not once but twice, only to then get prawns.

I would have rated zero stars if I could.Hugely overpriced, dishes were barely warm, chicken curry had no sauce and didn't taste of curry, the chicken was like jelly. Mongolian lamb dish should arrive on a hot sizzling plate, crispy duck was not crispy and not shredded, special fried rice was not hot. Spent over $200 in here, won't be going again. Is there no where in Australia that sells decent, authentic chinese food?

Great place to get take away at lunch time. The food is always good quality. I get my order without hardly any waiting time. I find that the restaurant is neat and tidy. The staff are well mannered and quick with my order.

This is the best Chinese food you will ever indulge in. My family & I are extremely fussy when it comes to eating out, & these guys have never let us down in all the 30 years we have been coming to the restaurant

Excellent food. Very friendly staff. Very accommodating to your needs. Meeting bar to have drinks while waiting for your friends. Great place for birthday- BYO cake and staff happy to keep in the kitchen until you ask for it. Great variety and top value for your dollar.

Doesn't even deserve a 1star rating for service. Completely stuffed up our meal we had to then drive another 30 minute round trip to pick up the correct meals. Asked for a refund only on 1 meal due to inconvenience however was refused and offered a bottle of coke. We have only just started going back to this restaurant recently as the food got better. At least they have 1 lovely staff member. We will not be going back or recommending them after spending over $70. 😠😠😠😠

A less than Succulent Chinese Meal. Quick service in a clean setting. Fried rice was dry and hard. Omelette tasted like a Dominos Aussie pizza. Australianised Chinese Restaurant. Very overpriced for what it is. Beer was poured from the can BOH and then brought out in a flat glass.
